    A Hypnotist typically performs on stage as part of entertainment, a Hypnotherapist is professionally trained in therapy and for the sole purpose of helping one overcome physical or psychological problems.

    No, Hypnotherapy is peaceful and relaxing.

  • Do I have to be asleep?
    Hypnotherapy is not sleep, you may or may not remember the session but will notice a difference within several days.

  • Am I to strong willed or intelligent to be Hypnotized?
    No, anyone with a good imagination can be hypnotized no matter how strong willed or intelligent they are.

  • Is Hypnotherapy replacement for medical care?
    Absolutely not, Hypnotherapy is complimentary to medical care and not a replacement.
